Ok, here's the thing. I'm not here to talk trash to anyone, in return, i hope that if you read my blog you return the favor. Thanks

I lived a sheltered life until I entered 7th grade. All my new friends cussed and did whatever they wanted. Being the conformist i was, i joined in on all their shit. It wasn't as bad as you may think. We pulled the occasional prank and said whatever came to mind. But that was pretty much it.

Then 8th grade came along and I started going to church more often. Not gonna lie, the perfect Christian life wasn't too shabby. I was "caught on fire" for God for a few years. That brings us to today. Don't get me wrong, I still love God. I guess you could say I don't agree with everything the leaders say we should and shouldn't do. I can deal with most everything they tell me because, lets face it, what they have to say is meant to help me. But some things, I find, I cant agree with. One such topic is weed.

A couple of months ago I tried weed... I liked it. Out of guilt I told some of the leaders at church. Obviously they tried to get me to stop. I almost did, but as of now, i have no intention of stopping no matter what the church leaders say. I get tired when they bring me verses that have nothing to do with weed but warp them into something that might sound like its bad. Although there are verses that say that mind altering substances are a sin, but there are zero verses that clearly tell us weed is bad. Isn't that odd? in fact, i can name a verse right now that i believe says weed is ok. "Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything." Genesis 9:3.

On the legal side of my argument,  What about deaths from alcohol? 85000! and thats LEGAL???????? do you know how many people die each year from cigarettes? 440000! and thats also LEGAL?????????? surprising. One last question. How many deaths from smoking marijuana? ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats my take on weed.
